This type of bulgur is not boiled. It has two kinds. First ones is white other ones is yellow. We use white ashura with soup and "tarhana". Tarhana is which kind of traditional food in Turkey. Yellow ashura is harder than white ashura. And also "Firik" is the type of bulgur obtained by the full maturation of wheat. These traditional tastes meet you with "Nefis Bulgur" quality.
