1 cup of delicious bagels (per person)
1 egg (for each cup)
1 onion,
500 gr. fresh garlic (one garlic per cup)
1 tablespoon tomato paste, red pepper, salt,
butter or olive oil


Delicate bagels are finely chopped with finely chopped onions, tomato and pepper crust, red pepper, black pepper, salt. Meanwhile the eggs are cooked in the form of omelette in butter or olive oil.Fresh garlic is minced. Add the garlic to the kneaded meatball, mix well. Omelet with small pieces divided by a spoon is added to the omelette .Meatballs. Be careful not to crush the eggs. If you want to go by hand, put it on the plates by gently squeezing the raw meatballs in size.It is decorated with vegetables such as green peppermint, parsley, lettuce and served on it.
