INGREDIENTS:
6 hard-boiled eggs
The findings of one water b.in
2 tablespoons k.irmik
1 egg
150 gr.kıy Up
The paste 1 tablespoon k.bib
salt and pepper
cumin
1 tablespoon K.
water

 

PREPARATION:
Put the hot water on the bulgur and wait until the cap is closed. Mix on top with tomato paste, grits, eggs, salt, pepper and caraway. Add a little flour and if necessary add water and knead.
Cover the roasted köftel by making the yolk large and placing one whole boiled egg in it. Serve in the oil, like a pomegranate.
