Stunning 2 cups fine bulgur
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon of starch
1 egg white
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon dried mint
For the sauce:
1 cup olive oil
3-4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon chili paste
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 bunch parsley
1 teaspoon cumin


Put bulgur in a pan. Sprinkle 1.5 cups of boiling water and close the lid. Put the flour, starch, egg whites, dry mint, salt and knead well.(If necessary, sometimes water is sprinkled) Small balls are poured into the port with a finger. Pour into boiling water 3-4 minutes in salt waterThe garlic is picked and beaten. The hot olive oil is added and mixed. The pepper paste, red pepper, cumin, salt are poured on the meatball and mixed in decorated with finely chopped parsley leaves.
