100 gr. Cutlet raw meat,
200 gr. Delicious raw fine bulgur,
5 cloves garlic,
30 g. onions,
150 gr. pepper paste,
50 gr. tomato paste,
1 teaspoon of mint,
1 teaspoon cumin,
1 teaspoon black pepper,
1 teaspoon ground allspice,
3 teaspoons paprika,
100 gr. green onion,
1 parsley.


First the loser is the delicious bulgur, the spices are joined together. The garlic is crushed well and kneaded with finely chopped onion. Then add the raw meat to the meat and knead thoroughly.   Add the onion and parsley finely chopped into the prepared raw meatballs 3-5 min. Knead it. Then served in the form of meatballs.
