INGREDIENTS:

Inside:
250 gr. low-fat meat,
2 medium chopped onion,
1 teaspoon seasoning,
1 teaspoon red pepper,
1 teaspoon salt,
1 teaspoon black pepper,

 

Water:
Half chicken or 500g. flaked fatty meat,
1/2 cup chickpeas,
1 tablespoon tomato paste,
1 tablespoon red pepper paste,
1/2 lemon,
1 tablespoon butter,
1 tablespoon mint,
1 teaspoon salt
Enough water.

 

Meatballs:
500 gr. lean ground beef,
500 gr. Yummy pretzels,
2 teaspoons paprika,
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg,
1 small onion,
1 teaspoon black pepper.

 

PREPARATION:
Combine the bulgur, lean ground beef, two sweet chili peppers, a sweet spoonful of salt, a finely chopped small onion, a tea spoon black pepper and an egg.In a separate container, the ingredients are roasted and a mortar is obtained. Cut the pieces from the kneaded meatball until the ping pong ball, then roll with your finger. It is rounded by putting it in the prepared internal mortar. These are called spillage. The remaining dumplings are rolled in the size of cherries and boiled in water with the pouring on the strainer.Chickpeas boiled one night before, boiled in chicken steam. Chickpeas, chicken or meat, loaf and lemon, salt are added and cooked overnight.(Removed from the chicken bones and cleaned). Prepared spills and ropes are thrown into this water and boiled for a few minutes. When served, heated oil is poured onto the mint.
