INGREDIENTS:
20 g. peanut or walnut interior,
Half a teaspoon of salt,
Half a teaspoon of black pepper,
Half a teaspoon red pepper
Half a tea cup paprika,
150 gr. low-fat ground beef,
100 gr. onions,
What's in the dough:
50 gr. Yummy pretzels,
25 g. Cutlet raw meat,
1 onion,
Half a teaspoon of black pepper,
20 g. boiled potatoes,
Half of raw eggs,
1 teaspoon salt.

 

 

PREPARATION:
Preparation of Meat: The meat is roasted until it is cooked. Then roast thoroughly and continue to roast by adding seasoning, peanuts or walnuts.
Preparing the dough: All the ingredients in the dough are added, shredded onion and kneaded thoroughly.
Preparation of the meatball: Approximately 40 gr. (In walnut size) and rolled into a ball in the palm of your hand. It is put into the prepared mixture with the index finger and the mouth is closed. The egg is rolled until it reaches the shape, fried in sunflower oil.
