300 gr. Nefis Bulgur,
50 gr. cooked chickpeas,
50 gr. finely chopped onion,
30 g. finely chopped red pepper,
100 gr. chopped tomatoes,
1 packet of margarine,
50 gr. tomato paste
5 cups water,
10 g. salt,
10 g. The paprika.


Thinly finely chopped onions roast in the oil until it is pink. Place the red onion, red pepper and tomato paste into the roasted onion and mix with water.This mixture is cooked chickpeas and tomatoes are boiled and put into the salt and bulgur, then mixed.When the cooked piav is boiled again, the bottom of the oven is tilted 15 min.
