INGREDIENTS:
500 gr. Yummy wheat,
500 gr. lentils,
2 tablespoons pepper and tomato paste,
Half a tablespoon of salt,
1 tablespoon red pepper,
½ cup olive oil,
2 liters. water.

 

PREPARATION:
Lentils washed thoroughly with plenty of water 5-6 times. Thrown into boiling water for 15 min. boiled. Tomato paste and salt is added 3-4 min. Stir to mix cooked, delicious boiled until there are signs of water. Olive oil in a separate pan burned. Also cooked rice sprinkled on two tablespoons of red pepper, stirring burned hot oil spilling. Pickles, buttermilk, served with salad.
