INGREDIENTS:

Tomato

Green Pepper

Onion

Nefis Bulgur

Bouillon

Sauce

Salt

black pepper

Red Pepper


PREPARATION

Put the bulion in a cup and melt with hot water.

Mince onion, green pepper and tomato

Put the oil in a pot and wait a little time.After that, add onion, green pepper and tomato. Cook a few minute and put a sauce. Then, put “Nefis Bulgur” and blight a little . After, put Bouillon and spices. The last , Cover  lit of pot.

 After 20 Minute your tomato pilaf is ready.
