1 cup delicious bulgur,
300 gr. fresh vine leaves,
1 cup water,
5 cloves garlic,
3 medium onions,
Salt, pepper, red pepper,
1 tablespoon red pepper paste,
1/2 cup olive oil,
1 cup water.

Preparation of
Peeled garlic, onions and fresh vine leaves are mixed as finely chopped and yummy as possible. Add peppercorn, salt, black pepper, red pepper and olive oil. This mixture is put in a pot and 1 cup of water is added, lightly cooked until the delicious bulgur water is completely cooked.(Depending on the type of bulgur baking time is different).

NOTE: This rice is also cooked with edible herbs that can be found in nature during the season. When the grass is not found, it can be cooked with spinach or even with beets.
