  • 1.5 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cooked Nefis Agro Chickpeas
  • 1 large bunch of fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • Half a bunch of fresh mint (finely chopped)
  • 2 medium tomatoes (diced)
  • 5-6 stalks of green onions (thinly sliced)
  • For the Dressing: Half a cup of olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses (optional), salt, black pepper, and Nefis Agro spices.

Instructions

  1. Place Nefis Agro Fine Bulgur in a deep bowl and add boiling water. Cover and let it swell for 20 minutes.
  2. Drain any excess water from the swollen bulgur.
  3. In a large salad bowl, combine the swollen bulgur, cooked Nefis Agro Chickpeas, parsley, mint, tomatoes, and green onions.
  4. Prepare the dressing: Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, salt, black pepper, and other spices thoroughly.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently mix until all ingredients are combined.
  6. Let the salad rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
