From Sherif's Delicious Bulgurs to a Global Brand
Our story sprouted in 1965 with the flavor journey started by our founder Ahmet Şerif Çokay under the name "Sherif's Delicious Bulgurs". That honest craftsmanship and passion for quality gained a modern structure when we institutionalized as "Nefis Bulgur" in 1995. Today, managed by the vision of 4th generation executives, our company blends the warmth of a family business with professional production power. From Gaziantep to the World: Modern Production Base
We carry out our production in our integrated facilities established on a total area of 10,000 m² (7,500 m² closed area) in Gaziantep, the heart of bulgur and pulses. Our facilities have untouched production (full automation) technology. In this way, the hygienic structure of the product is preserved from raw material entry to final packaging. With our annual production capacity exceeding 50,000 tons, we meet high tonnage demands in both the domestic and global markets uninterruptedly and quickly.
